The Turks and Caicos Islands have signed a historic $1.2 billion development agreement with The Palace Company, part of the world-renowned Palace Resorts. The project, announced on 14th August 2025, will bring a luxury 40-acre resort to Leeward, Providenciales — the largest private investment in the nation’s history.
Premier Charles Washington Misick said the development goes beyond building another resort, calling it a bold step for the islands’ future. It is expected to create hundreds of jobs, stimulate local businesses, and strengthen TCI’s reputation as a premier luxury destination.
The project also emphasizes sustainability, cultural preservation, and environmental protection.
