Hilton has officially signed a branding and management agreement for Waldorf Astoria Turks and Caicos Dellis Cay, a landmark resort and residential project scheduled to open in 2028. Located on Dellis Cay, the property will introduce Waldorf Astoria’s signature luxury to the Turks and Caicos for the first time. The resort will be accessible via a 25-minute boat transfer from Providenciales, offering guests a private and scenic entry into one of the Caribbean’s most desirable destinations.
The development will include 175 guest accommodations, from beachfront bungalows with private pools to expansive oceanfront villas. In addition to 62 hotel rooms and suites, the resort will feature 65 branded residences, including six-bedroom ocean villas and flexible condominium layouts. World-class amenities such as fine dining, a spa, fitness center, and event spaces will be create a retreat that blends luxury with the beauty of Dellis Cay’s beaches and tropical landscape.
This project marks a strategic expansion for Hilton’s luxury division in the Caribbean, aligning with the brand’s broader goal to nearly double its regional presence. The Waldorf Astoria Turks and Caicos Dellis Cay joins a growing portfolio that includes new properties in Costa Rica, Mexico, and Panama.
