Wessex Fairchild is a new firm of attorneys, made up of practitioners with a wide range of experience.

Established in 2019 by Neale Coleman and his fellow partner Arnelle Taylor, Wessex Fairchild is a multi-service law firm. From commercial disputes to automobile accident claims; from divorce to drafting wills; from residential conveyances to structuring resort development – whether large or small Wessex Fairchild has the competence to handle all matters, while providing a comprehensive, personal service. Neale Coleman is an experienced commercial litigator and real estate attorney. He qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales in 1996 and was called to the Bar of the Turks and Caicos Islands in 2007. Prior to his arrival in the Turks and Caicos Islands Neale practiced as a commercial litigator in London, working for a large international law firm. Neale undertakes a broad range of civil/commercial/litigation instructions and real estate matters.

Arnelle Taylor was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2018 and admitted as an attorney in the Turks and Caicos Islands in 2019.

Arnelle obtained her LLB Bachelor of Law (Honours) and later obtained her Master of Laws with Distinction from BPP University focusing on anti-money laundering and counter terrorist financing. She undertakes commercial/civil litigation and conveyancing instructions of a diverse nature. Probate and estate administration form part of her practice, which includes drafting wills, dealing with contentious issues arising from will or intestacies and applying for probate and letters of administration.

David Phillips is a civil/commercial litigator who conducts a wide variety of litigation in the civil courts and in arbitrations.  He is Queen’s Counsel and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

David was Leading Counsel in the Government’s Civil Recovery Programme but at Wessex Fairchild undertakes private work from institutions and individuals – including disputes against the Government. Chambers Legal Directory has written “David Phillips QC is praised as a barrister who doesn’t make a song and dance about things but just gets them done.”

Wessex Fairchild works in tandem with their affiliated company management entity, Lex Corporate Services Ltd which provides a full range of corporate services including incorporation and management of domestic and foreign companies, and non-profit entities.

Wessex Fairchild is expanding in 2020 with further attorneys joining the firm in the coming months. Their offices are located at Units A201/202 Regent Village, Grace Bay, Providenciales.
