The Turks and Caicos Islands welcomed more than one million cruise passengers between January and November 2025, marking a strong year for the islands. Experience Turks and Caicos reported that Grand Turk’s Cruise Port recorded approximately 1.1 million arrivals by November, a four percent increase compared to the same period in 2024.
November arrivals rose to an estimated 111,727 passengers, while October saw decline to 51,308 passengers due to hurricane-related cancellations and fewer scheduled visits. Despite these setbacks, cruise activity rebounded quickly.
Minister of Tourism Zhavargo Jolly described surpassing the one-million-passenger milestone before year end as a major achievement and emphasised the importance of managing growth to ensure long-term economic benefits for Grand Turk and the wider Turks and Caicos Islands.
