Kempinski Hotels and international developer JTRE have officially broken ground on Kempinski Grace Bay, a landmark hotel and residential development set along the shores of Grace Bay Beach in Turks and Caicos. The ceremony, attended by Premier Honourable Charles Washington Misick, Deputy Governor Her Excellency Anya Williams, and global partners, marked the beginning of a project that blends European elegance with Caribbean beauty.
Set across 11 acres of beachfront property, Kempinski Grace Bay will introduce the brand’s 128-year legacy of luxury hospitality to the islands for the first time. The design features 119 private residences and four oceanfront villas, all oriented toward sea views and crafted with limestone, timber, and glass. Amenities include fine dining, a beach club, a 3,000 sq. ft. wine cellar, a European spa, ocean-view fitness facilities, tennis courts, and a children’s club, all supported by sustainability-driven systems.
With construction underway and completion expected in 2028, Kempinski Grace Bay is poised to redefine luxury living in the Caribbean.
